  1. What are the services provided by Red Box? Red Box offers the service of receiving and retrieval of parcels through Red Box smart lockers. Where you can receive parcels from different parts of the city.

  2. How long will a shipment stay in the Red Box locker? You have 48 hours to receive the shipment from the locker, after which there is a three-day extension (depending on the merchant)

  3. Can I pay cash at Red Box Smart Lockers (pay at Receipt)? Payment is only made via mada cards, Visa, and Apple Pay. There is currently no cash payment service in Red Box Smart Lockers.

  4. Is there a need to register online to receive my shipment from Red Box locker? No, all you have to do is choose the red box locker as the delivery option.

  5. What is the method for returning shipments through Red Box lockers? After communicating with the merchant, you can request to return the shipment through the Red Box lockers. You will get an SMS with a unique redemption code. After that, you can go to the nearest Red Box point and choose “Return shipments”. Then enter the redemption code, and follow the on-screen instructions.

How can I receive the shipment through Red Box? Once your parcel has been deposited into the Red Box Locker, you will receive an SMS with a unique receipt code that includes the Red Box Locker address and all shipment information. When you arrive at the locker to receive your shipment, enter your receipt code or scan the barcode with the barcode scanner and follow the onscreen instructions.

  11. Can I return shipments through Red Box lockers? Yes, this service is available for some merchants. (You have to check with the merchant) 

  12. Can someone else receive the shipment? It is better for customers to receive their shipments themselves. However, it is possible for another person to receive the shipment if he has the receipt code. In this case, the customer is entirely responsible for providing the message details to a third party who will receive your shipment. Red Box will not be held liable for lost/stolen shipments.
