Return & Exchange Policy

The customer has the right to return the products within 7 days from the date of receipt, provided that the product is in its original condition

  1. If the customer wishes to return, he/she will bear all the costs of return
  2. If the customer wishes to return the product due to a defected/wrong/different product than the website, then the customer will not bear the costs of return

 

The customer has the right to replace the products within 7 days from the date of receipt, provided that the product is in its original condition

  1. If the customer wishes to change his/her desire about the color or type of the product, the customer will bear all replacement costs
  2. If the customer wishes to replace the product due to a wrong item shipped, the customer will not bear the costs of replacement

 

In the event of a product shortage, defect, or malfunction, you can contact us directly via e-mail, website, social media, or direct chat with customer service on WhatsApp (0535959521) within a period not exceeding 24 hours from the date of receipt
If the customer wants to cancel the order after the product has been shipped, the shipping costs will be deducted from the customer after returning the product

 

Non-refundable or exchangeable products:

  1. Products that have been previously used, or damaged by you, or are in a condition different from what you received them.
  2. Any products that are devoid of their serial number or have been tampered with
  3. Products that have been used after delivery, and that you did not want based on personal desire.

 

Refund procedures:

  1. If you paid the amount under a credit card or MADA card, we will return the amount to the credit card or MADA card.
  2. When the refund will be made: The refund will be given to you at the same time we receive and inspect the product at our Customer Merchandise Configuration Center, and your final payment will be as follows:

If the refund will be made to your credit card (Visa or Master), it will take up to (14) business days from the day we received the returned product at our Customer Merchandise Configuration Center. (Taking into account any delay beyond our control. For example, but not limited to: the delay caused by a third party bank or the visa company).
  4. If the refund will be made to your MADA card, it will take up to (7) business days from the day we received the returned product at our Customer Goods Configuration Center, and the product is inspected by us. (Taking into account any delays beyond our control. For example, but not limited to: delays caused by the buyer's third party bank).
