Warranty Policy
Warranty Period: 2 years for our products. Product repair or replacement under the terms of this warranty does not constitute any right to extend or renew the warranty
The warranty does not apply in the following cases:
- If the product is attempted to be repaired by any service center not authorized by Azom, or the product has been damaged by shocking the body of the product such as broken screen or kinks and dents that may cause the product not to operate, or damaged by liquids such as immersion of the product or spraying any electronic product with water or other from liquids or if the water indicator inside the device changes color (if it is equipped with it).
- Modify or completely change the product drivers (so-called: root on Android devices or jailbreak on Apple devices).
- Use of non-genuine accessories with the product you purchased.
- Removal of the serial number on the product.
- Replacing the consumables of the device (such as batteries)
- Abusing or misusing the product for a purpose other than its intended purpose or in a manner that violates operating and maintenance instructions.
- Damage to the product due to overcharging its battery and failure to use it according to the basic instructions in its user manual or charging the device using a non-original charger.
- If the seals on the battery case are tampered with, or one of its cells is broken.
- The warranty is not applicable to cases other than defects in material, design and workmanship.

Defects and damages in products:
- All electronic products sold through the official Azom website are guaranteed for a period of 2 years from the date of the purchase. Invoice should be kept for warranty claim
- The customer can communicate with the warranty service by contact form in Azom website, whatsapp or contact one of our authorized agents
- To benefit from the warranty services, please make sure that the original invoice for the product is present in order to verify the serial number and the validity of the warranty period (the warranty card is brought to the device, if available).
- The repair period takes a maximum of 15 working days for faults covered by the warranty.
- The customer has the right to obtain a temporary device or its compensation (product price ÷ 400 x days of delay) in the event of a delay in providing spare parts or delaying in carrying out maintenance for more than 15 days.
- The customer can obtain a replacement product or refund the purchase value after deducting the value of the use and the missing accessories if they are eligible, within the rules and regulations of the Ministry of Commerce and Industry.
- The life cycle of each product may vary, and the customer can review the product manual or contact Azom customer service for more details.
- Warranty does not cover damages caused by accident, misuse or misuse, liquid spillage, or other external causes.
- The customer must make sure that the product was packaged in the original carton or was properly packaged to avoid any damage during the shipping process, and Azom will not bear the responsibility in the event of a break or damage to the product in this case, and the product under warranty will be returned to the customer without maintenance or is Charge the repair cost to the customer.
Receiving and delivering the machine to maintenance:
The delivery service requires from three to five working days, knowing that the period of receipt and delivery is not considered within the repair time of the product.
Notes:
- Always keep the original product box to ensure you receive warranty service in accordance with the terms and conditions.
- If the repair is not possible or the number of times has been exhausted, the item is replaced if possible or refunded
- Maximum number of repair times before replacement or refund is 3 times
- Maximum repair period is 15 days after receiving the product at our repair center
Duration of receiving and delivering devices to maintenance:
- We provide delivery service to all cities and regions of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
- Delivery cost: included with warranty, warranty conditions apply
- Order shipping period: your order will be shipped within one working day from the date of the order
- 10- The expected date of delivery of your order: Delivery inside Riyadh from 1 to 3 working days, outside Riyadh from 3 to 5 working days
Delay in delivery:
- If our delivery of the product is delayed for reasons beyond our control, we will contact you as soon as possible to let you know, and we will take steps to minimize the consequences of the delay.
- If there is no one at your address to collect the product and the product cannot be mailed to your mailbox, we will inform you in time how the product will be delivered or received by you.
- If you cannot collect the product from us as agreed or cannot reschedule the delivery of the product after it cannot be delivered to you at your address, we will contact you for further instructions. We will cancel your order in accordance with these Terms of Sale when we are unable to contact you or arrange a new date for delivery or pickup despite our continuous efforts in this regard
